As the importance of sustainability grows and governments around the world set higher standards for energy use and CO2 emissions, Nodis anticipates even greater adoption of smart glass technology.
Our History
Nodis Inc. was founded in 2020 to commercialize advanced nanoparticle-based smart glass technology originally developed in Singapore.
The company successfully brought its TruTint smart glass technology to market, attracting investment from the Singapore National Research Foundation and Get2Volume.
As Nodis sets the standard for smart glass that dramatically reduces energy costs and CO2 emissions, the company is also exploring diverse product applications such as display and camouflage glass. In May 2020, Nodis was selected as a Supplier of Interest by the U.S. Department of Defense to explore the potential of camouflage glass on the battlefield.
The company’s operations encompass six key processes:
Researching advanced materials for smart glass.
Prototyping smart glass films using a unique processed nanoparticle approach.
